Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 2026-06-21

The Operator, on behalf of FIM Europe, is committed to making SUSCOM (suscom.app) accessible in line with the European Accessibility Act and the harmonised standard EN 301 549.

1. Conformance status

SUSCOM aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as referenced by EN 301 549. The application is built with semantic HTML, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus indicators, form labels with error association, and text colour contrast meeting the 4.5:1 minimum.

2. Scope

This statement applies to the SUSCOM web application and its progressive-web-app (offline) experience at suscom.app.

3. Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitation and provide an equivalent accessible alternative:

  • Interactive Europe map (Analytics): the map’s graphical choropleth is primarily pointer-operated. The same per-country data is fully available to keyboard and screen-reader users through the country selector and the data tables/rankings shown alongside the map.

We continue to assess and improve accessibility. The next planned review is at least annual and after any major change.

4. Feedback & contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, contact us at support@suscom.app. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to remedy barriers where feasible.

5. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the market-surveillance or accessibility authority in your EU/EEA country of residence, which is responsible for the enforcement of the European Accessibility Act.
